Mealtimes at Philiphaugh Manor are a natural focus for our residents. We place real pride and value on the importance of food, nutrition and the social opportunities offered at meal times, so we offer a varied menu of tasty freshly prepared food. At Philiphaugh Manor we offer catering that surpasses the quality of food and service available from most restaurants.

Our chef takes pride in the quality of our food, his team ensures that individual tastes and any special dietary requirements are satisfied. They also take pride in our large, modern and well equipped kitchen and they maintain very high standards of hygiene and food safety.

We also take great pride in using local fresh produce. Our Head Chef undertakes continual reviews of our Menus to ensure residents have new and exciting dishes. If a resident does not fancy the dish of the day our catering team would be pleased to offer you a freshly cooked alternative. As all our menus are reviewed by a Nutritionist, this ensures that all our residents receive high quality, well balanced meals prepared in hygienic surroundings.

Mealtimes are seen as an occasion and an opportunity for people to engage socially. For those residents wishing to engage in conversation and enjoy the social aspects of mealtimes, our Dining Room has tables seating 2, 3 and 4 residents. And for those who prefer the peace and quiet of their own company, they can take their meals in the privacy of their own room.

Of course, coffee, tea, cake, toast and cereals are available 24/7, as required.

Breakfast in bed is always available, the choice is always yours.
